  1. Khoa, listening to this song brought tears to my eyes! (I think I was looking at the pre-1975 Vietnamese flag too) I don't understand all of the Vietnamese, but you conveyed so much meaning in your singing. It's really beautiful. Thank you for sharing with us! I know I will listen to this many more times.

  2. Dear chi Theresa , it is pleased to have common interests ( miss originals and homeland etc.) about this song. From 1986 , Vietnam economics has developed, lives of peoples are better , especially when bac Dinh came back to VN and facilitate diplomatic issues between VN and US.
Dear chi Thereasa, I knew you when you wrote some letters with A. Bich mentioning about our big family. You are very emtional and take care of family , my father very speak highly of you - he says your charateristics look like your father Bac Due. If you have chance , come back homeland and visit and stay with us at my house and i will guide you to have cofffee , eat Vietnamese food , listen music etc. ^ ^

  3. Khoa - I have listened a few times. It's really good. Thank you.
I don't listen to Vietnamese songs all these years in Australia. I listened to may be half a dozen VN songs when I was in high school in Saigon. My all time favourite was Christophe's "Oh mon amour!" sung in both French and Vietnamese by
Saigon's pop songstress at the time, Thanh Lan. You know "Elle a des yeurs qui voient la mer/Cuoc tinh ngay do mai mai khong quen"!!!!
But your demo tops Thanh Lan's recording in my chart, for sure!
BTW, Quang told me last year that Christophe ran a garage in Paris!
